I used this book years ago when teaching graduate courses in educational leadership. I was impressed by the steps recommended to involve students (adults, too, for that matter) in conflict resolution decision making.

Offers a Comprehensive program in order to reduce violence in public schools, not only by taking away weapons or installing metal detectors but by creating a positive environment for every student, violent or not. This book is definitely an endless time book.
